They put the hurt on the Waldport Irish with a sharp 44-23 win. Given the Eagles' advantage in MaxPreps' Oregon basketball rankings (they are ranked 100th, while the Irish are ranked 251st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Crosshill Christian pushed their record up to 7-7 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Waldport, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-9.
