Basketball Recap: Monmouth Academy Has No Trouble Against Lisbon

Monmouth Academy won the last time they faced Lisbon and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Monmouth Academy Mustangs blew past the Lisbon Greyhounds 52-31.

Monmouth Academy's win bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Lisbon, they dropped their record down to 1-9 with the loss, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Monmouth Academy will head out to square off against Mount Abram at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Mount Abram will roll in looking for their 12th straight victory, something Monmouth Academy surely won't give up without a fight. As for Lisbon, they are taking a road trip to take on Fryeburg at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday.
