Volleyball Recap: Greater Atlanta Christian Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Victory

Greater Atlanta Christian had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Riverdale Raiders by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 two weeks ago.

Greater Atlanta Christian never let Riverdale on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-7, 25-23.

Amyra Burchik paced Greater Atlanta Christian's offense, picking up 11 kills. Burchik got some help from Rita Taylor and her 12 assists. Ella Paden controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Greater Atlanta Christian's victory bumped their record up to 23-13. As for Riverdale, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-18.

As of now, neither Greater Atlanta Christian nor the Raiders have any future games scheduled.
