Volleyball Recap: Perham Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Perham had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Frazee Hornets. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-1 back in September.

Perham walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-8, 18-25, 25-23.

Addison Hackel paced Perham's offense, picking up 16 kills. Hackel got some help from Camryn Coste and her 38 assists. Hackel was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Perham's win bumped their record up to 10-6. As for Frazee, their defeat ended a nine-match streak of away wins and brought them to 16-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Perham will host Roseau at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Frazee, they will square off against Breckenridge at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
