            Westwood came into Thursday's   matchup having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They took down the Trinity Christian Academy Warriors 56-41  on Thursday.

 Westwood was led to victory by  Joseph Weathers and  Jordan Crutchfield.  Weathers  almost  dropped  a double-double on nine points and nine  steals, while  Crutchfield  dropped  a double-double on 15  points and 15  boards. Crutchfield has been hot for a while, having  posted nine or more  rebounds the last 26 times he's  played. Another player making a difference was  Cameron Gooden, who  posted seven  steals.
The  win  got Westwood back to even at 9-9. As for Trinity Christian Academy,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 7-9.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Westwood will face off against Vero Beach at 4:00  p.m.  on Saturday. Vero Beach has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 183 points over their last three games. As for Trinity Christian Academy, they won't have much time to rest: their next  contest is against Jupiter Christian  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Jupiter Christian will roll in looking for their  sixth straight  victory, something Trinity Christian Academy surely won't give up without a fight.
