Roosevelt won against Alta Loma last Saturday with four runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Monday. The Mustangs beat the Long Beach Poly Jackrabbits by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 4-1. The victory was nothing new for the Mustangs as they're now sitting on four straight.

Roosevelt's record now sits at 10-6. As for Long Beach Poly, they moved to 7-10 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Roosevelt will welcome Santiago at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Sharks' pitching crew has only allowed 3.1 runs per game this season, so the Mustangs' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Long Beach Poly, they will host Jordan at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
