Football Recap: Watkins Memorial Takes a Loss

After flying high against Licking Heights last Friday, Watkins Memorial came back down to earth. The Warriors came up short against the Licking Valley Panthers on Friday, falling 43-21. While losing is never fun, the Warriors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio football rankings (they are ranked 230th, while the Panthers are ranked 57th).

Watkins Memorial's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Licking Valley, the win keeps them at an undefeated 10-0.

As of now, neither Watkins Memorial nor the Panthers have any future games scheduled.
