The Brush Beetdiggers will square off against the University Bulldogs at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The squads are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Brush has struggled recently with five losses in a row, while University will arrive with seven straight victories.

Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, University always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .800. The last time their OBP was this high was back in September of 2023.

Brush's defeat dropped their record down to 6-12. As for University, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matches, which provided a massive bump to their 12-5 record this season.

Tuesday's game will be a test for both team's pitchers. Brush hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of 0. However, it's not like University struggles in that department as they've averaged 0. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
