Jackson is a perfect 4-0 against Griffin since August of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Jaguars will welcome the Bears at 5:30 p.m. Griffin took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Jackson, who comes in off a win.

On Monday, Jackson narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Morrow 2-1.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Jackson who won the one that mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-27, 15-11.

Meanwhile, Griffin came up short against Callaway on Thursday and fell 2-0.

Jackson pushed their record up to 1-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Griffin, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Jackson was able to grind out a solid win over Griffin in their previous matchup back in August of 2024, winning 2-0. Will the Jaguars repeat their success, or do the Bears have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
