Basketball Recap: Palmetto Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Palmetto Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 61-37 to the First Baptist School Hurricanes. The game marked Palmetto Christian Academy's lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Palmetto Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 9-7. As for First Baptist School, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-2 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Palmetto Christian Academy will welcome Porter-Gaud at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for First Baptist School, they will be playing at home against Ashley Hall at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. First Baptist School is facing Ashley Hall at the right time seeing as Ashley Hall is stuck on a six-game losing streak.
