Basketball Game Preview: Ingram Moore Warriors vs. Blanco Panthers

Ingram Moore hasn't had much luck against Blanco recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Ingram Moore Warriors will be playing at home against the Blanco Panthers at 6:15 p.m. Ingram Moore has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Last Friday, Ingram Moore strolled past Florence with points to spare, taking the game 41-24.

Meanwhile, Blanco played a tough contest on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They lost 41-19 to Llano.

Ingram Moore will have to contain Kaylee Romero as she made an impact in Blanco's last game. She posted 12 points and six steals. That's the most steals Romero has posted since back in December of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Kinley Boyd, who scored four points and eight rebounds.

Even though they lost, Blanco smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 15 offensive rebounds in four consecutive matchups.

Ingram Moore has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.7 points per game. As for Blanco, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost 16 of their last 18 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-22 record this season.

Ingram Moore came out on top in a nail-biter against Blanco when the teams last played on January 3rd, sneaking past 37-34. Does Ingram Moore have another victory up their sleeve, or will Blanco turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
