Basketball Game Preview: Burlingame Bearcats vs. Lyndon Tigers

The Burlingame Bearcats will challenge the Lyndon Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Lyndon took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Burlingame, who comes in off a win.

Burlingame's tournament run continued when they took on Waverly on Saturday. Burlingame blew past Waverly 57-22. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bearcats.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Lyndon challenged Cair Paravel on Tuesday. The game between Lyndon and Cair Paravel didn't end well, with Lyndon falling 54-36.

Lyndon's defeat ended a seven-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 1-1. As for Burlingame, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Things could have been worse for Burlingame, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 51-35 loss to Lyndon when the teams last played back in December of 2023.
