Montgomery came into Tuesday's game having lost six straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They blew past the Grant Cougars 48-28 on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Tigers have posted since December 5, 2024.

Montgomery's victory bumped their record up to 5-8. As for Grant, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-13.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Montgomery will venture away from home to face off against Caldwell Parish at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Grant, they will head out on the road to square off against Georgetown at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
