Baseball Recap: Goshen Comes Up Short

Fans were treated to a battle of the Eagles on Tuesday. Goshen came up short against Carroll, falling 10-1. Goshen's defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Goshen saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Tyler McLendon, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3.

Goshen's loss dropped their record down to 6-14. As for Carroll, they moved to 8-16 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Goshen will face off against Luverne at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
