Incarnate Word Academy will take on a team with plenty of momentum: St. Agnes Academy extended their winning streak to six on Tuesday. The Tigers' pitchers stepped up to hand Concordia Lutheran a 12-0 shutout. The Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by six runs or more this season.

Meanwhile, Incarnate Word Academy can bid farewell to their five-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They blew past Klein Forest 18-6.

Incarnate Word Academy got a massive performance out of Olivia Montemayor, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, four runs, and five RBI. Those five RBI gave Montemayor a new career-high. Faith Puzon was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in all five of her plate appearances.

St. Agnes Academy pushed their record up to 15-3-1 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.3 runs on average over those games. As for Incarnate Word Academy, their win bumped their record up to 4-10-1.
