Softball Recap: Silverado Skyhawks vs. Green Valley Gators
Silverado was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Green Valley Gators, falling 17-2. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Skyhawks of the 19-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.
Silverado saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jordyn Bunce, who went 1-for-3 with one triple. That triple marked the first that Bunce hit this season. Another was Malia Pacheco, who scored two runs while getting on base in both of her plate appearances.
