There's no place like home for Kaiser, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They had just enough and edged the Northview Vikings out 4-3 on Wednesday. That's more bragging rights for the Cats, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Aiden Gonzalez looked comfortable as he pitched 3.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Alberto Arteaga, who went 2-for-3 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March of 2024.

The win got Kaiser back to even at 1-1. As for Northview, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Kaiser will have a chance to go back-to-back against Northview: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:00 p.m. on March 4th.
