Basketball Recap: Harding Comes Up Short

Harding lost against St. Paul Central back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Harding Knights were dealt an 83-48 loss at the hands of the St. Paul Central Minutemen. The game marked the Knights' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Harding's defeat dropped their record down to 12-9. As for St. Paul Central, they are on a roll lately: they've won 15 of their last 16 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 19-4 record this season.

Harding and St. Paul Central should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Minnesota Rankings. Harding (ranked 153rd) will meet Washington Tech (ranked 337th) at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Similarly, St. Paul Central will square off against Humboldt at 7:00 p.m. on Friday up 272 places (53 vs. 325).
