While Hope didn't have the best season last year (they finished 12-18), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Prescott Curley Wolves 12-10. The game was the first time the Bobcats have beaten the Curley Wolves on their field since April 3, 2019.

The win made it two in a row for Hope and bumps their season record up to 4-1. They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of 1.5 runs across that stretch. As for Prescott, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hope will take on Arkansas at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The last three games Arkansas has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Prescott, they will square off against Arkadelphia at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
