Chisholm put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with an 11-6 win over the Fairview Yellowjackets. The Longhorns have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Yellowjackets, too.

Joah Jeffries made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he struck out seven batters over 3.1 innings while giving up three earned runs off five hits (and not a single walk). Jeffries was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while going 2-for-4.

In other batting news, Trevor Haws was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing a base while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. What's more, he posted two RBI, the most he's had since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Kelson Hamilton, who scored two runs and stole Two bases. while going 2-for-5.

Chisholm was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .393. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Fairview only posted a batting average of .192.
