Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Burroughs). They blew past the Duarte Falcons 6-1 on Friday. It was an even better day for Jordan Seas as he scored three goals for his team.

The victory made it two in a row for Burroughs and bumps their season record up to 4-5. As for Duarte, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Burroughs will welcome Granada Hills Charter at 5:15 p.m. on January 3, 2025. As for Duarte, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Azusa at 5:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025. Azusa's last three matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
