Boone has gone 8-2 against A-D-M recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Toreadors will face off against the Tigers at 5:00 p.m. Boone will be strutting in after a victory while A-D-M will be coming in after a loss.

Boone is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They blew past Winterset 15-5 on Wednesday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Toreadors considering their one-run performance the contest before.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when A-D-M challenged Carlisle on Wednesday. The Tigers fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of 5-4. The defeat continues a trend for the Tigers in their meetings with the Wildcats: they've now lost four in a row.

Boone now has a winning record of 7-6. As for A-D-M, their loss dropped their record down to 7-11.

Boone got the 'W' in their previous meeting back in June of 2025 against A-D-M by a conclusive 18-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Toreadors since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
