Fairfield Christian Academy barely beat Amanda-Clearcreek the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Knights were the clear victors by an 11-4 margin over the Aces on Thursday. Considering the Knights have won ten games by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

The win (which was Fairfield Christian Academy's third in a row) raised their record to 15-6. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Amanda-Clearcreek, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fairfield Christian Academy will challenge St. Charles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Amanda-Clearcreek, they will host Trimble at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
