You can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Wilson's strategy against Penn Manor on Friday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Bulldogs blew the Comets out of the water with a 42-7 final score. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Mason Young was his usual excellent self, throwing for 135 yards and three touchdowns, while also rushing for 55 yards and one score. Jaiden Carpenter was in the mix as well, providing Wilson with two TDs.

Wilson pushed their record up to 7-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 44.3 points over those games. As for Penn Manor, their loss dropped their record down to 2-6.

Looking ahead, Wilson will venture away from home to challenge J.P. McCaskey at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Penn Manor, they will welcome Manheim Township at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Comets will need to watch out since the Blue Streaks have now posted at least 31 points in their last six contests.
