Basketball Recap: Leilani Benzing's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Oxbridge Academy over Royal Palm Beach

Oxbridge Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 28-25 heartbreaker at the hands of the Royal Palm Beach Wildcats.

Oxbridge Academy's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Leilani Benzing, who posted five points and seven boards. Ashlyn Nevarez was another key player, putting up five points.
