Volleyball Recap: Halifax County Comes Up Short

Halifax County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Magna Vista Warriors. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Comets have suffered since September 11th.

Halifax County's record now sits at 4-10. As for Magna Vista, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Halifax County will face off against rival Bassett at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Magna Vista is set to challenge their familiar foe George Washington at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
