He has been consistent: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in five consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with three RBI, one triple, and one run.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Brayden Brickman, who went 1-for-3 with three stolen bases and two runs. Those three stolen bases gave him a new career-high.
Meanwhile, Danbury came up short against Gibsonburg on Monday and fell 12-7. The Lakers have struggled against the Golden Bears recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meeting.
Logan Shepherd made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI. That triple was his first of the season.
Hopewell-Loudon pushed their record up to 10-2 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Danbury, their loss dropped their record down to 5-7.
Danbury's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Hopewell-Loudon hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .343. It's a different story for Danbury, though, as they've only averaged .188. Will they be able to contain Hopewell-Loudon's hitters?
