Six state titles helps put Bishop Miege at the top of the list.

Fueled by six consecutive state championships, including undefeated seasons in 2014 and 2017, Bishop Miege is the most dominant high school football team in Kansas over the last decade.
Based on the methodology outlined below, the Stags amassed 323 points from 2010 to 2019 to edge Derby, which finished second with 299 points.
Bishop Miege started its streak of titles starting in 2014 and finished in 2019 when the Stags went 11-2 and outscored opponents 603-254.
Derby won five state titles in 2013, 2015, 2016, 2018 and 2019.
