Highland had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They blew past the Virginia Episcopal School Bishops 6-0 on Wednesday. Considering Highland have won 12 games by more than two goals this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Highland has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-4-1 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those six contests. As for Virginia Episcopal School, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-9.

Looking ahead, Highland will be playing in front of their home fans against Atlantic Shores Christian at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. Atlantic Shores Christian will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Highland surely won't give up without a fight. Virginia Episcopal School does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
