Basketball Recap: Vassar Takes a Loss

Vassar lost against Millington back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Vassar Vulcans took a 27-12 bruising from the Millington Cardinals. The game marked the Vulcans' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Makenna McCloud was Vassar's leading scorer, having posted five points. Addison Kodrick held things down on the boards with four rebounds. Natalie Hoerlein took the lead distributing the ball, coming up with two assists.

Vassar's loss dropped their record down to 5-20. As for Millington, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-16.

As of now, neither Vassar nor Millington have any future games scheduled.
