The McIntosh County Academy Buccaneers will head out on the road to take on the Savannah Bluejackets at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. McIntosh County Academy is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road.

McIntosh County Academy is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 36 points two weeks ago, they were much more limited against Metter on Friday. They took a 12-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tigers. The Buccaneers haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

Considering the last time the Bluejackets couldn't score was back in September, the team can't take the result too hard.

McIntosh County Academy's loss dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Savannah, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-6.

Friday's match might be decided in the trenches. McIntosh County Academy has been excellent on the ground this season, having averaged 178.6 rushing yards per game.
