Volleyball Recap: Brush Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Brush and Centauri squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Brush had to settle for second. They came up short against the Falcons, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-20, 25-19, 25-16.

Larkyn Queen paced Brush's offense, picking up eight kills. Queen got some help from Brailey Rudnik and her seven assists. Rudnik was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Brush's loss dropped their record down to 10-14. As for Centauri, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 16-8.

Coincidentally, Brush and Centauri will both be playing Coal Ridge the next time they take the court. The Beetdiggers will head out to face the Titans at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Falcons will play them later in the day, at 6:00 p.m.
