Baseball Recap: Windham Comes Up Short

Windham lost to Maplewood two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Bombers fell just short of the Rockets by a score of 8-7. The Bombers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Windham's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Maplewood, their record is now 6-3.

Coming up, Windham will head out to take on Lordstown at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Maplewood, they will square off against St. John at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Heralds will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Rockets surely won't give up without a fight.
