Two Rivers is 8-2 against Simley since April of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Warriors will head out to face off against the Spartans at 4:30 p.m. Two Rivers has given up an average of 8.2 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Two Rivers' last matchup with Eagan could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Saturday. The Warriors came up short against the Wildcats, falling 14-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Warriors have suffered since April 25, 2024.

Dani Shields made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 2-for-2. The team also got some help courtesy of Amelia Bannie, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3.

Meanwhile, Simley earned a 9-4 win over South St. Paul on Monday. The Spartans haven't had any issues with the Packers recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Two Rivers' defeat was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-3. Those home losses can't be blamed on the team's hitting performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 6.8 runs this season. As for Simley, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Two Rivers came out on top in a nail-biter against Simley in their previous matchup back in May of 2024, sneaking past 4-3. Will the Warriors repeat their success, or do the Spartans have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
