Football Recap: Monrovia Piles Up the Points Against Temple City

While Monrovia put up plenty of points on Thursday, the same can't be said for Temple City. The Wildcats blew past the Rams 44-0. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five games by 21 points or more this season.

DASHAWN SIEBER went supernova, rushing for 82 yards and two TDs on only eight carries. BYRON BELL helped out on the ground, rushing for 84 yards and a rushing touchdown.

Monrovia didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Patrick Williams.

The win made it two in a row for Monrovia and bumps their season record up to 7-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 7 points in those games. As for Temple City, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.

As of now, neither Monrovia nor the Rams have any future games scheduled.
