Opposing passers better start keeping an eye on Dylan Staton: he recorded his first sack on Thursday and we're guessing he's looking for more. He also made seven total tackles (1.0 for loss), but sadly Cleburne still had to take a 56-14 loss at the hands of Highland Park. We hope Staton's good performance is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Looking ahead, Staton and Cleburne will square off against Joshua at 7:00 p.m. on the 31st. The last time these two faced off, Staton and Co. were forced to settle for a 31-8 loss.
