St. Petersburg is a perfect 4-0 against Dunedin since November of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Green Devils just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Falcons at 7:45 p.m. Dunedin took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on St. Petersburg, who comes in off a win.

On Tuesday, St. Petersburg was able to grind out a solid win over Countryside, taking the game 57-44. The Green Devils pushed the score to 45-24 by the end of the third, a deficit the Cougars cut but never quite recovered from.

St. Petersburg found their leader in sophomore Shaw Summer, who almost dropped a double-double with 12 points and nine rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Quay Curry, who posted ten points.

Meanwhile, Dunedin played a tough matchup on Monday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were dealt a 69-29 loss at the hands of Palm Harbor University. The Falcons haven't had much luck with the Hurricanes recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

St. Petersburg now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Dunedin, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Everything came up roses for St. Petersburg against Dunedin when the teams last played back in January, as the squad secured a 68-29 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Green Devils since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
