After losing to Faith Christian the last time they met, Sacramento Country Day decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Sacramento Country Day Cavaliers claimed a resounding 65-23 victory over the Faith Christian Lions. The Cavaliers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five contests by 21 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Sacramento Country Day to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ryan Scripps, who dropped a double-double on 22 points and 14 rebounds. That makes it six consecutive games in which Scripps has scored at least a third of Sacramento Country Day's points. Aiden Anguiano was another key player, almost dropping a double-double on 16 points and nine boards.

Sacramento Country Day was working as a unit and finished the game with 20 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since the start of last season.

With the win, Sacramento Country Day broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-9. As for Faith Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-14 record this season.

Sacramento Country Day wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, an 80-41 loss against Western Sierra Collegiate Academy on the 28th. Faith Christian has also already played their next contest, an 82-38 defeat against John Adams Academy - El Dorado Hills on the 28th.
