Football Recap: Williamsport's Undefeated Season over After Four Games

If Williamsport was riding high fresh off their 42-0 takedown of Central Mountain last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Millionaires lost 35-14 to the Shikellamy Braves on Friday. The Millionaires were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Braves apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Brody Rebuck continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Shikellamy, rushing for 128 yards and three TDs, while also throwing for 82 yards and one touchdown. Those three rushing touchdowns gave Rebuck a new career-high. Thomas Pollock also helped with two scores in total.

Having lost for the first time this season, Williamsport fell to 3-1. As for Shikellamy, their win bumped their record up to an identical 3-1.

Williamsport wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 29-23 victory against Selinsgrove on the 19th. As for Shikellamy, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 42-14 defeat against Jersey Shore on the 19th.
