It's playoff time, and Laurence Manning Academy had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top against the Wilson Hall Barons by a score of 5-1 on Tuesday. The victory was nothing new for the Swampcats as they're now sitting on four straight.

Laurence Manning Academy pushed their record up to 23-3 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.2 runs on average over those games. As for Wilson Hall, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-11.

Laurence Manning Academy will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Barons: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
