One of the most notable was Wyatt Dubois, who rushed for 92 yards and three scores on only nine carries. His longest rush was for an impressive 53 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total. Nathan Driggs was another key player, rushing for 103 yards and a pair of TDs.

Catholic of Pointe Coupee's record is now 6-1. As for St. Edmund, their record now sits at an identical 6-1.
Friday's game might be decided on the ground. Catholic of Pointe Coupee has been unstoppable on the ground this season, having averaged 192 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like St. Edmund struggles in that department as they've been averaging 211.7 rushing yards. There's a good chance Friday's contest turns into a tough fight on the ground.
Catholic of Pointe Coupee didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against St. Edmund in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, but they still walked away with a 26-22 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Hornets since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
