With a playoff win on the line, East Lake rose to the challenge on Friday. They never let the Sickles Gryphons onto the board and left with a 5-0 victory. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 matchups by three goals or more this season.

They hit Sickles with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Adelina Fronckoski (2), Sienna Zaccardo, Gianna Low, and Evelyn Recktenwald.

East Lake pushed their record up to 17-2 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 46 goals over those seven contests. As for Sickles, their loss dropped their record down to 11-4.

East Lake has already played their next game, a 1-0 defeat against Lakewood Ranch on the 12th. Sickles does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
