Basketball Recap: Loudonville Takes a Loss

Loudonville lost against Dalton back in February of 2016, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Loudonville Redbirds were dealt an 82-47 loss at the hands of the Dalton Bulldogs. While losing is never fun, the Redbirds can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 784th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 351st).

Loudonville's defeat dropped their record down to 5-18. As for Dalton, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-10.

Loudonville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Dalton, they will be taking part in a tournament against Newton Falls at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
