Jackson County barely beat Clay County the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Generals were the clear victors by a 10-1 margin over the Tigers on Saturday. Considering the Generals have won ten matchups by more than five runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Jackson County has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a massive bump to their 15-14 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Clay County, their loss dropped their record down to 9-12.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Jackson County beat the Tigers by a score of 9-1 later that day.
