Football Recap: Hightstown Takes a Loss

Hightstown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were dealt a 49-21 defeat at the hands of the Notre Dame Irish. On the bright side, the 21- point performance marked the Rams' highest-scoring contest to date.

Hightstown's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Notre Dame, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Hightstown is set to take on their familiar foe Nottingham at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Notre Dame will face off against rival Steinert at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
