Webster Thomas entered their tilt with Bishop McCort on Tuesday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They walked away with a 6-3 win over the Crushers.

Connor Smith looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He is becoming a predictor of Webster Thomas' success: when he allows at most one earned run the team is undefeated (and 3-5 when he doesn't).

At the plate, Webster Thomas' victory was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was AJ LaLoggia, who went 2-for-3 with two runs. LaLoggia has become a key player for the Titans: the team is 5-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 3-4 otherwise.

Webster Thomas' record is now 8-5. As for Bishop McCort, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-7.
