Buchanan is a perfect 10-0 against Coloma since April of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Bucks will look to defend their home field against the Comets at 4:15 p.m. Neither of those teams managed to put together many runs in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

Buchanan fell victim to Bridgman and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bees. The Bucks have struggled against the Bees recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Coloma also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to Brandywine by a score of 6-1. That's two games in a row now that the Comets have lost by exactly five runs.

Buchanan's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Coloma, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Buchanan got the 'W' in their previous matchup back in April of 2024 against Coloma by a conclusive 8-2 score. Will the Bucks repeat their success, or do the Comets have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
