After a string of seven wins, Auburndale's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They took a 7-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Fennimore Golden Eagles.

Auburndale's loss dropped their record down to 10-4. As for Fennimore, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.

Auburndale will head out to challenge Marathon at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Fennimore, they will welcome Southwestern at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
