 Salpointe Catholic can now show off 15 landslide victories after their most recent  match  on Friday. They never let the Nogales Apaches onto the board and left with  a   25-0  win. The  victory was familiar territory for Salpointe Catholic who now have 12 in a row.
  Soli Ramos and  Cece Moraga were a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound,  Ramos   struck out six batters over  three innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit (and only one walk). Meanwhile,  Moraga   tossed two innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits (she also didn't allow any  walks). At the plate,  Ramos  scored two  runs while  getting on base  in all two of her plate appearances, while  Moraga  scored two  runs while going 1-for-1.
 In other batting news, Salpointe Catholic got a  massive  performance out of  Arianna Flores, who  went 2-for-2 with a  home run, two  runs,  and two  RBI.  Jaelyn Castillo was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs while going 2-for-3.
 On Nogales' side, they saw one different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Ximena Barnett, who  went 1-for-2 with a  stolen base.
 Salpointe Catholic pushed their record up to 19-1 with that  win, which was their fifth straight  at home. Those good results were due in large part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 15.8 runs per game. As for Nogales, they are  on  a  nine-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 2-18.
 Salpointe Catholic will look to defend their home field  on Tuesday against Flowing Wells at 6:00  p.m. Salpointe Catholic's pitching crew has only allowed 0.6  runs per game  this season, so Flowing Wells' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Nogales, they will head out on the road to  square off against  Desert View at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Nogales is facing Desert View at the right time seeing as Desert View is stuck on  an  eight-game losing streak.
