Baseball Preview: Harrisburg Eagles vs. Glide Wildcats
The Harrisburg Eagles will head out on the road to face off against the Glide Wildcats at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
Things were looking good for Harrisburg after they put the first run on the board on Monday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They fell just short of Dayton by a score of 7-6. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Christian Baird was huge no matter where he played even without the win. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run over four innings pitched. Baird was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.
